As co-founder and President of ICUREsearch, I have been leading the development and implementation of Data, AI and digital projects for our clients and partners since 2015.
My role covers requirements definition, solution design, project planning and monitoring, as well as the coordination of multidisciplinary teams bringing together Data Scientists, biostatisticians, Data Managers, developers and subject-matter experts. I am also involved in client relations, pre-sales activities and the development of new collaborations.
With a background in statistics and Data Science, I remain strongly involved in the technical aspects of projects. My experience covers Data Management, statistical modelling, application and database development, as well as artificial intelligence, particularly Machine Learning and Computer Vision. This dual technical and project-oriented background enables me to bridge business needs, scientific challenges and technological solutions.

My role is to provide scientific and regulatory expertise to ensure the consistency and relevance of approaches related to the efficacy and safety of healthcare products. I also draw on my experience as a senior consultant and company director to support the team in its missions.

Quentin STAIQULY
Data Analyst, Data Manager and Web Developer
I contribute to the design and maintenance of eCRFs, data management and statistical analysis of non-interventional clinical studies. With dual training in statistics and computer science, I ensure that data are reliable, structured and easily exploitable.
I also develop web applications and interactive pages to facilitate data collection and processing. I design robust databases and dashboards to visualise and interpret information clearly. My role is to support research teams throughout all stages of data processing, from data extraction to statistical analysis, including quality control and results visualisation.

I use my expertise in statistics and marketing to support ICUREsearch in data management and statistical analyses of international, multicentre, non-interventional observational studies. I also collaborate with physicians on the writing and publication of scientific articles.
I also manage the company’s communications on social media and its website. This experience enables me to showcase data and results through clear and accessible content and visuals, making them easier to understand and share with teams, clients and partners.
My work at ICUREsearch has also enabled me to contribute as first author to a scientific article, “Effect of adequacy of empirical antibiotic therapy for hospital-acquired bloodstream infections on intensive care unit patient prognosis: a causal inference approach using data from the Eurobact2 study”. This was a valuable experience that strengthened my practice in the analysis and communication of clinical data.

With a Master’s degree in Management and Evaluation of Therapeutic Trials, I ensure the proper conduct of clinical trials at participating centres. My role is to ensure that the data collected are accurate and complete, that protocols are followed and that Good Clinical Practice is applied at every stage.
I coordinate the different teams involved in clinical trials, facilitating communication between centres, investigators and research teams. My objective is to ensure the quality and reliability of studies while ensuring their smooth progress and compliance with timelines.

My role involves analysing and interpreting complex data, developing machine learning models and creating clear visualisations to facilitate the understanding of results.
My dual background in healthcare and data science enables me to understand the specific challenges of each project and provide tailored and innovative solutions to meet the needs of clinical and scientific teams.
