The new digital integrated solution Sunrise enable the diagnosis of Obstructive Sleep Apnea/Hypopnea Syndrome (OSAHS) thanks to the analysis via artificial intelligence of a unique mandibular captor that captures mandibular movement analysis. The approach allowing the identification of apnea or hypopnea events during sleep time (Obstructive Sleep Apnea-Hypopnea Syndrome) has been validated through scientific studies.
This diagnostic solution allows to identify sleep fragmentation and predict total sleep time. Data interpretation has been reinforced by artificial intelligence that standardise respiratory event quality scoring.
A monocentric study with for 376 subjects confirmed that the Sunrise diagnostic performance is equal to that of polysomnography. The digital solution allows ambulatory care for diagnostic and allows multiple night signal registration thanks to a phone application.
Its integration within current medical practices might address French problematics and significantly modify the diagnostic approach of patient suspected of OSAHS. It will thus accelerate the initiation of patient care.
